Apart from being an all-around cool place, we really take care of our team. AUC Technologies believe strongly in work-life balance, so we’ve got flexible hours and we’re cool with telecommuting on occasion. When you're in to the office, you’re only allowed to stay for 6 hours at a time. We all know how easy it is to get lost in a project only to look up and find that three or four days have passed, so we do our best to keep you from becoming a cave-dwelling recluse.

We partake in tasty meal from the local on a regular basis, and we head out for lunch as a group every now and again. We’'ve even been known to shut down the office to catch the premier of the next great blockbuster movie.

On the professional side, we invest in our employees. We set aside some cash to pay for seminars and conferences (An Event Apart, anyone?), training courses, professional association memberships, and even magazine subscriptions. While we’re talking about investing, we should probably point out that we offer an IRA plan as well.
