AUC Technologies Project, and PMO Mentoring is designed for working project and program managers who feel they need assistance to reach their maximum potential
AUC Technologies Mentor will help unlock the complex factors needed to allow the Mentee to grow within his/her self, develop creative solutions, and find new ways to succeed from within themselves.
Mentees will be mentored by a more experienced project manager while they manage or oversee a project in their organizations. Through weekly or bi-weekly meetings, a customized PM process will be established and implemented. The length of the mentorship varies but generally begins at the project inception and is followed until project closure

On-site mentoring is tailored to the needs of an organization offering a flexible approach to suit your own timetable. On-site mentoring can take a number of forms, for example:
